Lost and found !

We thought we will never see this wooden ladder again. Miraculously yesterday afternoon, while going to see another apartment with the customer, I saw it sitting at someone's garage.
The neighbor of this customer must have taken our ladder. So happy to see it again and now it is in our possession.

Guess where this is ?

I am always impressed by buildings that are historical and huge. This is such a beautiful huge building. Can anyone guess where this is without looking at the bottom picture?
Do you think this is New York, England or San Francisco? I just love the majestic look of this building.
Well, this is the famous cable car in San Francisco. And that building is in downtown SF.
Love the cable cars.. Fun to ride in one.

Another trip is coming in 2 weeks

Looks like a trip is coming up for us and our friends. It will be on the 20th of Sept., a Saturday.
We are going to a mysterious location by the beach where RVs can be parked.
It's either we didn't ask for the name of the location or it is going to be a surprise for us.
All we know is that it is going to be by the beach front. Our view at night will be the ocean. ( I hope there is no sea monster that comes out in the middle of the night to attack people.... i gotta stop watching the scifi channels )
We will be there till Monday. And that we should be bringing a sweater for it will be cold at night. We will be sleeping in the RV and doing everything in the RV.
Mmm i should bring some board games and knitting to do.
There will be lots of pictures and in my next post will be stories to tell.
So be on the alert. Exciting stories will be coming up.

Guess who?

Guess who this is ??? Ha haha...it's Sebastian of course...your pal ! He is so cute. Even though he didn't like that T shirt... one becuz it was too tight, two becuz he doesn't like anything on him. But yet, he endured this torture. Such a good dog. And so sweet and cute too.
Doesn't he look cute with a T shirt on? He sure does....

Mission accomplished !

Finally the work is done ! Hopefully we don't get another assignment too soon.
This was a big job, and too much minor detail required. Too much scrubbing, cleaning, moving and things that we don't want to mention.
Just glad that it is done and hopefully we don't hear of it for a while.

Harvest time ! Kabocha

These two look the greenest. Guess they must be ripe now. So we shall have Nan Kwa tomorrow for lunch. The other one will be used as an experiment for the dessert.
We'll see how it will turn out. There are 3 more in the garden.
And we will see if they will grow even bigger after we removed these two. Usually they will becuz there is not much competition.

Reading glasses

Do you believe it? I will be getting a pair of reading glasses all the way from Spore.
So glad that my brother, Anthony, called last night.
He will be sending me a pair of the rimless eye glasses. ( maybe one like Sarah Palin's ) Ha hahaaa.
Plus he has already sent Derek a pair of the lastest trend eye glasses. It should be here in 2 weeks.
Good to have a brother or relative who is in this line of work.
