Here is another blessing that we received from God. It is the chinese pumpkin.We have already harvested 2 previously. The vine is still trying to grow even after i trimmed off some of the dead leaves.
I just saw some new plants coming out. Pretty soon, there'll be more pumpkins...
They are indeed delicious and golden yellow in color. Very sweet and tender. Taste like sweet potatoes.
Roland has the best way to cook them. You want to know how, just ask him. And we will post the instruction later.
